The first stage of our service offering involves meeting with you at your site to get the full project brief. It is at this point that we discuss what services we can offer you as well as the process involved. For most of our clientele, we start with drawing up architectural plans, showing them 3D images for them to appreciate and approve the aesthetics of their house or offices. We then submit the plans to the city council for approval. Any changes by client are effected before submission of the plans at council.

Project scope & Cost Estimate

Upon approval of the layout of your new house/ office, our Quantity surveyors do cost estimations accompanied by a payment schedule.

Project launch

Once all the preliminary processes have been completed and you have approved the budget for your project, we put a team together and break ground. You are kept updated at all stages of the project from launch to handover.
